A single crew typically covers six to twelve classrooms in a two-week break, depending on room size, ceiling height and trim work. We deliberately quote less than the hours allow. Quoting to the limit is how a school ends up with an unfinished room on day one.
No. We use low-VOC, low-odour paints as standard on school work, because children reoccupy the rooms. Rooms are finished and aired with days to spare, not hours. For particularly sensitive spaces, we can specify a near-zero-VOC system and extend the ventilation period.
