School painting is defined by a fixed, immovable deadline. The break is however many weeks it is, and the classrooms have to be usable when students walk back in. That makes scoping accuracy and crew sizing more important than anything else in the job.
We scope the work against the available window and resource it accordingly, rather than starting and hoping. Corridors, halls and classrooms are sequenced so the areas needed earliest are finished first.
Products are water-based and low-VOC throughout, with ventilation and cure time built into the schedule so spaces are genuinely ready rather than nominally finished.
